meet raphael serrano
Chef Raphael Serrano is a professionally trained chef who has made it his mission to bring authentic Hawaiian poke to the Bay Area. His passion for cooking began in childhood and led him to study at the California Culinary Academy and train in prestigious hotels in Hawaii. After a detour into a career as an Industrial Electrician, he returned to his true calling and launched his own catering and private chef business with a focus on genuine poke, which he felt was missing in his community. Today, he is highly successful, operating multiple popular food stands at Oracle Park during San Francisco Giants games and having recently expanded to Cal Berkeley Stadium, solidifying his impact on the sports dining scene.
