meet mark and deanna

Hole Chile Mole is a family-owned business, run by a husband-and-wife duo. Mark is a master of the grill, improving his barbecue techniques since he was five years old. Deanna is the brainchild of many of the recipes, drawing from her family cookbook to provide some of their most famous dishes, with a continuous flair for improvement.
