With the encouragement of her husband and sister, she officially started Lorraine's Café in January of 2022. They found a company that builds and customizes mobile units, and the process for the café's trailer began in February of 2022.

Meet Janey Lorraine

JaNey Lorraine is the owner and operator of Lorraine's Café, a 14-foot food trailer inspired by a deep family legacy. She was taught to cook from scratch by her great-grandmother, "Great Grand," whose influence is the heart of the café's menu. All dishes feature fresh, never-frozen ingredients and signature family recipes. Encouraged by her family, JaNey officially started the business in January 2022. Despite initial hesitation over the cost of a trailer, the venture was made possible when her husband, Kyle, provided the down payment. Today, she honors her great-grandmother by proudly continuing her culinary legacy.
