Street Bite Vietnamese Tim-Charlie food truck and catering began its journey with a simple memory - standing on a busy street in Vietnam, surrounded by the aroma of sizzling meats, fresh herbs, and warm, crusty banh mi straight out of the oven. Street food was not just something to eat, but it was already a way of life. It brought people together, created connections, and turned everyday moments into something special.
When the owner came to the U.S., he carried those memories with him. He searched for that same feeling-the balance of flavors, the freshness, the energy - but it was never quite the same. That's when the idea was born - to recreate that authentic Vietnamese street food experience and share it with our community.
