The Waffle Roost food truck was started in the summer of 2012. I wanted to create the best version of the amazing sweet and savory combo that is fried chicken and waffles in San Jose! Bought and renovated the first truck in my driveway. Hit the road and here we are, 11 years later! Try the favorite - "Spicy & I Know It"!
Justin, the owner of The Waffle Roost food truck in San Jose, worked in the restaurant industry since 2003. He gained his knowledge and experience throughout, at a number of fantastic (and not so fantastic) locations. In 2012, he took the independent plunge when he felt ready to strike out on his own.
