After stepping away from her tech career, Judy, the owner of Waffle Amore in SJ was excited to dive into her own business. She wanted to blend her love for food with the freedom of entrepreneurship. Motivated by her passion for inventive, gourmet flavors, she launched Waffle Amore, a food truck focused on offering artisan waffles topped with one-of-a-kind ingredients.
